This page is intended to explain how information is handled when you use FlipCalc, an app developed by Sporepine.

2. Current beta architecture
The current FlipCalc core beta is designed to be offline-first. It does not include:
- a user account system;
- a Sporepine backend;
- analytics in the core beta.
This describes the current beta architecture only. It must be checked against the exact production build and all included services before this policy is published.
3. Information you enter
FlipCalc lets you enter figures used to estimate resale outcomes. In the current offline-first core beta, those inputs are processed on the device.
To confirm: Document exactly what the release build stores locally, where it is stored, how long it remains, and how a user can remove it.
4. Accounts and cloud services
The current core beta has no account system and no Sporepine backend.
To confirm: Recheck this statement before release. If accounts, cloud backup, crash reporting, analytics, or any third-party service is added, explain what information it receives and why.
5. Permissions
To confirm: List every device permission requested by the final Android app, explain why it is needed, and remove this placeholder. If no permissions are requested, state that only after checking the release build.
6. Sharing and disclosure
To confirm: Describe whether any information is shared with service providers or other parties in the final release. Do not publish this section until dependencies and store services have been audited.
7. Data retention and deletion
To confirm: State the final retention and deletion behavior for on-device information and any service introduced before release.
8. Children’s privacy
To confirm with legal review: Add an appropriate statement based on the app’s intended audience, distribution settings, and applicable law.

The final policy should explain how updates are communicated and show the date of the latest revision.
